The area of CNC grinding is where our acknowledged specialists produce our high-quality solid carbide tools. They are responsible for the quality level of the products. That is why we employ absolute professionals to work with our CNC grinding machines. The scope of duties also includes programming. Our employees use state-of-the-art measurement technology to check and document tool quality.

Our logistics department is mainly responsible for ensuring that our customers receive our tools in the shortest time – expertly packed, marked and labelled. Our warehouse and logistics employees therefore bear great responsibility.
In the packaging area, their first task is to check the marking and labelling of the tools. Then they pack them and pass them on to dispatch.
Our employees in commissioning put individual tools into storage and book them in using the inventory control system. They also commission order positions. In addition, they initiate assembly work and process it. Their tasks also include transferring and scrapping stock and the annual inventory.
A large number of different tasks are carried out in dispatch. This is where various customer specifications in terms of packaging, shipment methods or shipping service providers converge. Our employees commission grouped consignments and put together complete deliveries. They reconcile delivery papers with order items and ensure adherence to customer specifications.

They produce blanks with the specified dimensions and tolerances and check them afterwards using various measuring devices and measurement technologies.
