The requirements in terms of stock availability, shipping dates and export are continuously increasing. In order to become even more reliable and faster in this area, we have made substantial investments in our logistics area.
As a result, our customers can now count on stock availability of around 96 percent for standard tools and short delivery times.
Where goods in stock are ordered by 3:00 p.m., we deliver directly to the customer the next day. There is a separate fleet of trucks on standby for express deliveries.
In order to ensure we maintain our quality level in the area of warehouse and logistics, we have been training young apprentices to become professional warehouse staff and warehouse logistics specialists since October 2009.
